1. Anti-depressants?
or
2. More alcohol?
Clearly substances are the only way.
This just in: The Dorothy Parker-like persona that I have been actively cultivating over the past couple of years suddenly isn’t very much fun anymore.

2!
fmr (from my research), anti-depressants can open an entire can of worms with unwelcome side-effects (physical, moods, behaviour). Have you thought about chocolate? or exercise? or a support circle?
I hear grad school is very stressful…maybe knowing that it’s hard for everyone would help?
but maybe starting a punk rock band is the real answer. A punk rock band plied with much chocolate and alcohol that begins each set with yoga?
I vote punk rock yoga band too!
Do you think if I baked you a cake and mailed it to you, that it would get there in edible condition?
I once mailed a loaf of homemade whole wheat cashew bread to friends in Toronto. Its travels were interrupted by a weekend and it arrived in a fuzzy green inedible state. But they appreciated the thought.
You can send the cake to me though.
I like this punk rock idea. Punk rock ukuleles, I think.
