In honour of today being the 75th anniversary of the repeal of Prohibition in the United States, my offering for the weekly potluck/games night that we host over here at Casa Xandra and Sam, is this thing that I have just invented called Prohibition Repeal Punch.
Recipe!
1 Bottle of cheap champagne
About a litre of lime flavoured mineral water
Obscene amounts of raspberry liqueur to taste (use Chambord if you’re rich, use no-name raspberry liqueur if you’re me.)
Mix, drink until you’re silly.
Mmmm, lime flavoured mineral water is my new beverage of choice! It’s so much tastier than lemon flavoured mineral water, and so much more expensive than regular water.
