Alexandra is a Canadian writer, teacher, and scholar, currently living and working in Los Angeles.  She enjoys 50’s diners, vintage dresses, coffee, 60’s bikini movies, playing the ukulele, and reading Dorothy Parker, and when she’s not haphazardly adventuring around the city, she is hard at work on a doctorate in musicology.  Alexandra secretly wishes she had hair like Dusty Springfield.
